With 15 years of professional experience, he works regularly as a percussionist for artists and film scores, as a rhythm arranger, audio engineer and more. He is trained extensively in Indian Tabla (under Maestro Pt. Yogesh Samsi) and several other Indian percussions as well as world and flamenco percussion at Berklee College of Music, which gives him a unique skill set and world view for rhythm.MT's body of work includes multi-million hit songs, movies and more. In 2021, he was one of the percussionists and the recording and mixing engineer on Purbayan Chatterjee's Album "Unbounded", which featured the Maestros Ustad Zakir Hussain, Bela Fleck, Antonio Sanchez, Jordan Rudess, Michael League and many more. MT will bring a myriad of Indian percussion - From tabla and folk Indian to rarer percussion instruments and customised large drums. He prefers hearing the track alongside some thoughts from the music composer, in advance before a session, in order to choose and prepare the instruments required for it.MT is the founder/chief engineer at his own professional recording studio - and sessions will happen there, with the assistance of his percussion and engineering team.
