With over 16 years professional musician experience, Pablo Arruda is a Swiss-Brazilian Bass player and composer. Pablo has toured extensively around 13 countries with a variety of projects, including 45,000+ audiences, research and speech about “the details of artistic improvisation applied to everyday life” in Lyon, France. He has been performing with artists such as Chano Dominguez, Hamilton de Holanda, Gabriel Grossi, Hermeto Pascoal, Rubel, Geraldo Azevedo, Vanessa da Mata, Leo Gandelman. In 2018, Pedro Franco's homonym album was nominated to "Revelação ao Prêmio da Música Brasileira" and in 2019 Rubel’s album “Casas” was Grammy nominated and Pablo was winner of Rádio MEC's best interpreter of instrumental music.Pablo’s flexibility helps other artists' ideas to be born. From his well-equipped home studio in Rio de Janeiro, he can read written bass lines but also loves to read chords and create on the spot, give musical advice and build different groove, line and solo options to fit different genres, from Tight Pop to Latin American music, Funk, Jazz, all varieties of Rock, Hip-Hop, soundtracks and more.
