Having won the MIMO Instrumental award for his first album Movimentos, Antônio is a standout keys player with over 15 years of professional experience. He’s toured around the world with artists like Elza Soares, Martinho da Vila, Mart'nália, Rubel and with his duo with Silverio Pontes. As arranger and keyboard player, the album Casas from Rubel was nominated for a Grammy Award.Antônio is extremely versatile, playing all styles and recording Grand Piano (Petrof III), Nord Stage 2, Accordion and a huge sample library. He is able to work with different formats, but prefers working from charts or lead sheets. If it is conceived to play exactly what you want, a score should be provided. If you don’t have an idea of what you need, Antônio can play in different atmospheres that will certainly fit with your composition.
